“I was waxed by Makena Osburn and she was AMAZING!! I was so nervous that it was going to be awkward because of the type of waxing I scheduled, it was the complete opposite. She talks you through the entire thing your first time. Is always asking if you’re okay and feeling alright. She will talk to you about anything. It’s almost like a safe place lol. Like therapy and waxing all in one appointment. She will always make sure you are comfy and nothing is weird when you’re in her service room. She is the best!!“

Again, you will get a good wash and good overall service. Also, she knows the difference between clipping ends and a haircut. Plus, when she did my color she nailed it the first time. “I usually cut my own hair, but decided to be a little ballsy this time, going shorter on the fade than usual. Needless to say, I bit off a little more than I could chew! Lol. So I came in to get some help with transitioning the fade into my top. I came in and Kenzie was really kind & she did a good job! Then, after going home I found a couple things I wanted changed (just wanted a higher fade) & they were kind enough to take me in and fix them up w/out charge. I often find that with art, it's less about finding people with specific skills & more about finding people who are humble, who can listen well and participate in the process. It's less about "getting a job done" and more about two parties participating in a process to make something cool & beautiful. Art is high stakes, especially when it's on a person's head. I'm very satisfied w/ the results & process!“
