No real wait time, which was nice. Sale products, added bonus! Wanted my usual angled Bob, long at the chin, collar length at the neck. Straight simple....I have naturally curly hair, if you go shorter than what I communicate, it'll be an uncontrollable mess. I still have to be able to put it up for work. There's no up with this. I have a stack, that I did NOT request. Mini layers of uncontrollable waves...???? this wait for the growth spurt is going to be the toughest. The gal was sweet, but seemed over worked and under appreciated. Not sure if I'll go back or not. Be firm and get confirmation of understanding before anyone starts snipping!

Fairly decent cuts overall. Prices are pushing $20, which is a bit much for a basic cut with no extras. Dull scissors during the cut and light marks on the neck this time for 2 days from the clippers was a bonus. Hoping for a bit better experience in the future.

Jade at the the hill rd flint mi great clips was the best I've ever had cut my hair.Ive had great cuts with others before but jade was 110% the real deal.very professional and I had hiccups the entire time which didn't faze her at all with cutting my hair even lining it up.great work definitely returning next month when I need another cut thanks
