The Dr. is great, the staff is great. What's not great is not being transparent about the actual return time on glasses. I was told 3 weeks and I'm going on week 7. ? so yes, I'm not happy about it as I was hoping to have clear vision weeks ago.... this also isn't the first review stating this. Please quote your clients a longer wait time instead of getting hopes up. ?
Everyone there is very helpful and kind. I love Dr. Espy and she has a wonderful staff who always take great care of me! From the front desk to seeing Dr. Espy the visit is comfortable and informative. She does her job very professionally and makes it a relaxing almost enjoyable experience. Thank you to everyone! I appreciate all of you!!
Very helpful took my Husband and you know how hard that is lol anyway helped me find a new doctor because they didn't take my insurance NO fault of theirs Thank you Delta Vision
