I had an issue with my dryer some time ago. CRC was the company that Consumers Energy Appliance Care sent to service my machine. A part had to be ordered. Brandon W. was the tech who came to install the part, and then identified another issue and resolved it. ? My dryer started working great again. Last week the dryer stopping working. I would have never imagined I would get the same tech again, but did! Brandon W. told me what it might be, sure enough that’s what it was. So grateful for the knowledgeable, customer service driven professionals that are still out there!!!! Thank you Brandon

Beware that you are buying a used appliance that's briefly tested in front of you. Which means no one can really guarantee how long it will work for. I bought a gas dryer that's has a digital display for settings. This only has a 30 day warranty. I've already had one visit from the company to fix one problem. Just a few days past the warranty expiring, the dryer stopped working. Which is problem number 2.Now The timer jumps from 55 minutes down to 1 and then turns off, over and over preventing the clothes from drying. We have tore it apart and cleaned it well making no difference. Calling for help and they want more money to come look at it. They are nice... read full review

Bought many appliances from CRC over the last several years. Landlord for about 20 houses. Good used appliances , decent warranty. Always have a decent selection. Tanya was very helpful.
