I started coming for pelvic floor therapy 6 months after giving birth and the care is wonderful! Dr. Bufana really shows to care about every aspect of her patients health and puts emphasis on how it’s all related. She is also very personable and friendly! I give 4 stars only because the staff seems pretty new and there’s been quite a bit of confusion around payments, scheduling, and warm ups right now, but that doesn’t effect the care I’m receiving and I actually have felt much better since starting two weeks ago.

I haven’t been one for affirmations and self care but Dr Bafana has made me change my mind. Helping de-stress in those ways has already made me feel somewhat better in a short time. She provides an uplifting and safe/comfortable environment mixed with a deep knowledge and dedication to holistically helping her patients.Had an issue with my insurance and their front desk handled it directly on my behalf.Will continue to go and would recommend to all

It seems it was providence I was referred to Bafana Physical Therapy & Wellness by my Nurse Practitioner for pelvic floor/ core weakness issues. After 7 sessions I made incredible progress strengthening both areas. I can’t begin to put into words how grateful and blessed I am to have the pleasure of being cared for by Hema and her staff. They are the perfect example of how the medical system should function! Their total dedication was immediately evident from my first visit. I have never before felt listened to and understood so completely while explaining my pain issues.
