WOW I am so impressed with their technology knowledge as well as the amazing prices. I went to the Frog and the tech guy said that he has never worked on this new of a computer and was going to charge me 3Xs what Alpha charged me. They also could not promise they could fix the hinge. I am so glad I got a 2nd opinion.

This company has been fixing all of my computer related problems for about 8 years now, and I wouldn't think of ever going anywhere else. They have amazing staff and excellent service. They are also very quick, and have very competitive pricing.
