When people say that customer service is dead in America, it is companies like Flagship that help me say to "not yet"...Flagship illustrated that there are still service companies that show up on time, are friendly/professional/ knowledgeable and take great pride in their work. Bravo to Flagship for accomplishing of all these things and more. We work with all insurance companies, offering direct billing and the data/document package adjusters expect from a professional restoration company. Our technicians are flood-house certified and available 24-7-365. We can also work with each client and their insurance carrier to make sure there property is repaired and restored back to its original condition. Flagship Restoration also offers comprehensive mold inspection and remediation services. We carry all the proper certifications, training, and insurance to do mold work.
