I needed to have a gas dryer disconnected in order to receive a new one. Made an appointment on line, received a follow-up call within a hour. Appointment confirmed and gave additional info. Received a call on the day of appointment, (an hour prior to scheduled time) informing me that technician had been dispatched. Technician (Ryan) arrived, surveyed the job and started to work. The dryer was disconnected, but a new gas line had to be installed. Ryan installed a new line and disconnected the dryer. He was very informative on what he was doing and very professional. I will definitely call this company if I require additional plumbing repairs. Thank you!
First off, you must use Bryan B, from Water Works Plumbing. This guy is exceptional !!! I had a critical gas line issue that needed to be corrected. Not only did Bryan prepare a plan to fix this, but also put together a contingency plan in case we had unknown issues arise. Bryan is a highly skilled professional. very well mannered, and will be my recommended choice in the future. Water Work Plumbing was recommended by the Inside/Outside Guys, on WJR.
