William Tyler took my Home Depot credit card to buy supplies for my job but did not return the card. Instead, he racked up over $5000 of charges at various Home Depots, committing fraud. Took him to court and won by default but he did not show up to court. The judge issued a bench warrant. Likely, he will get away with this anyway and never pay me back. Now, I have to pay back Home Depot. Do not use this company. They cannot be trusted.
William Tyler of Top Shelf should be in jail! He was Johnny on the spot when called for an estimate. He conned my wife into paying 50% of the quote up front. He stole that money on August 12, 2021. He lied about personal tragedy and never did the work. DO NOT TRUST this lying con man.
Do not hire this man! Bill is a scammer and there is nothing else to it. I paid a deposit, he barely did any work, the work he did do was late, then ended up packing up his tools and leaving with my money while I was at work. Pretended to have an emergency with his daughter, pretended his friends wife was in the hospital... the whole 9 years. Even bragged to me over text about me not being able to do anything to get my money back.
