I love this urgent care. They have the best doctors. Only problem is the front desk lady and a few nurses come off as very stand-offish and rude. When I greeted the front desk receptionist she didn’t even look at me and talked to me with a condescending tone. That encounter alone turned me sour, but ultimately my mood was changed when I was greeted by the doctor who was very helpful, friendly and personal! Y’all have to teach your employees the importance of providing excellent customer service. This has been my experience the last 3 times I’ve been here with either the receptionist or the young blonde nurse. So as far as getting the help I needed and feeling welcomed... read full review
Scheduled and was seen within the same day today. My wait time was very minimal and was even taken back before my appointment time. All of the staff was very nice. Nurse practitioner Roby was very thorough when she discussed my diagnosis and treatment with me. Highly recommend urgent care
DM was a phenomenal intake receptionist. She went that EXTRA mile to ensure that I could be cared for. It truly meant a lot. Kudos to DM for her OUTSTANDING professionalism.
