Torrance came out for a repair call, and he was very pleasant to work with. He explained what he was doing at every step and was transparent about costs associated with each activity. Ultimately, the unit needed to be replaced. I decided to go with Mad Dash for the replacement and they were able to schedule me for the next day. I am very pleased with the service. Highly recommend.

Torrance was definitely a blessing in my time of great need. He was professional, kind, courteous and caring. He walked me through everything that needed to be done before he did it and showed me everything that he did when done. If there was something that he didn't have, he went out, got it and continued his work without fail. He made an emergency call in the bitter cold and didn't stop until my issue was fixed and I had heat. What's the saying..."10 out of 10~HIGHLY recommend!!"
