We hired dale to take a look at some roof issues and leaks we've had. He was so helpful and knowledgable In helping us understand our issue. He provides quality work. 100% Would recommend him to anyone!

We needed a massive rebuild on our leaking, sagging garage roof and patio overhang. It was truly condemnable & I thought the whole garage would have to go. This was a complex job and Dale went above and beyond, including consulting our city inspector multiple times to figure out the safest yet most cost effective way to get everything done we needed (including jacking up the walls and replacing the baseboards!). Dale even reassessed partway through and was able to save us over $1k from the original estimate! I had two dormers that were leaking. They repaired those and replaced the siding on my dormers the correct way!! The are very professional and are experts at what they do!! The communication was outstanding every step of the way. The workers were courteous and expeditious!! I can’t recommend this company highly enough! Most companies won’t take on a job this small, but the owner cares about the community and people!!!
