Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

So I gave this place 3 stars BUT I need to explain WHY. The Reception Services deserve a 5 as for they were all amazing! My massage specialist was great I tipped him 20 because what happened wasn't his fault and he tried to recover the integrity of session numerous times! The loud mouth Therapist in room 8 TOTALLY disrupted my session with the loud laughter and talking for half of my session until my specialist stopped my session and went to tell him he was being disruptive. My specialist turned up the music in my session BUT you could still hear Mr big mouth la la laaing away!!! Wowie! Anne is an exceptional massage therapist who effectively addressed my areas of concern and ensured that the pressure applied was suitable. This was undoubtedly one of the most satisfactory massage experiences I have had.

I had the best massage of my life with Phil today. 5 stars for him and staff. I walked away relaxed. RELAXED!!! 1 star for the booking system which is impossible on a phone and pretty tricky on a desktop - and I’m computer savvy. I have tried to book other times and just gave up. I will book over the phone to avoid that!
