Nick knew that I was anxious to get the repair done and so as soon as he saw that he had a cancellation he called me and came out right away.
Aside from being just a “great guy”, he answered all my questions and was quick and cleaned up before leaving.
I told him I have been impressed with everyone I have dealt with from Air Master and happily recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repairs or installations.
Nick Press from Airmaster came out this AM to replace the condensate pump on my HVAC system. The pump was tripping the breaker a few times a week. What a difference with the new pump. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional and explained the issue with the previous pump and what was causing it to trip. Thanks again Airmaster!
I am always very satisfied with the service from Air Master's. All their service men have always been professional, courteous and come on time.
At present I very much appreciate all the service men wearing PPE. I would give them a sixth star just for this reason!
This time we had an issue with the water heater and the technician arrived in time on a Saturday and fixed the fault. The gas controller unit in the water heater was faulty and he replaced it.
