I called Satisfaction Heating and Cooling after another company came out and quoted me about $400 to fix my air conditioning and then tried to upsell, upsell, upsell me.I called Forrest and he laughed and said the guy had quoted me way too high and told me likely what the problem was (a lack of refrigerant in my air conditioner, a problem I note that another company missed last year). He came out, did the work and charged me exactly what he told me – a lot cheaper than the other company. Now, my house is cooler than it has been for the past few years, thanks to Forrest and Satisfaction Heating and Cooling!These guys are down to earth, honest and do what they say.

Satisfaction H&C saved me some money. Although I was willing to pay for a home visit, they listened to my specific problem, and brainstormed a free solution. They helped me through a problem and didn't get paid. I thought it was nice of them to do on a Sunday night.

Absolutely honest and dependable. After being taken for $80 from another company for them to look at it for ten minutes and then tell me I need a new furnace for $2100 they came and did a second look for me absolutely free told me my furnace was fine and lit it for me!! So nice to find a company that cares more about people than the all mighty dollar!! Thanks to you my family will sleep warm tonight!!
