Mike was great! Not only was he kind, but he was very thorough in his examination of our home and made sure we understood his findings and the reasoning for everything. Sump pump went on the blink and I was desperate to find a plumber. I called Coates and Joe was at my home in around 40 minutes. He was thorough, pleasant, and did a great job! Definitely will use these folks in the future!
