Gary answered the phone, showed up on time & was very thorough. In my experience, those are rare traits now a days. He explained everything to us and gave us options. I highly recommend Atlantic Coast Basement.
After years of having a flooded basement we contacted Atlantic Coast Waterproofing. Gary, the owner, came to our home and explained the process he would use to guarantee (life time and transferrable) a dry basement. His explanation was very detailed and he answered all of our questions. The job was started promptly when scheduled and completed in the projected time frame.
Plastic was draped over the basement contents to protect from dust, so the mess was minimal. All of the work was handled by the crew, Gary, Cody, Casey, Phil, and the very talented cement finisher, Richard. They cleaned the work site every day so that they were starting fresh the next day.

EVERYTHING A COMPANY SHOULD BE AND MORE! Upfront, honest, reliable, communicative, consistent, respectful, the best at what they do, and the list goes on. Gary and the guys he brought on the job were the easiest to work with. Gary obviously has attention to detail and his own high expectations for a finished job that is also instilled in his crew. The guys that were a part of his crew were great, professional, and even communicative with our kids who were trying to watch everything they were bringing down to the basement.
