/2024. I’ve been going here for a while now and the front desk staff has gotten super rude. I’m kind of bummed because I love the providers here. Im not sure if they had a staff change or what but it’s enough for me not to want to continue my care here.Best walk-in clinic ever. I’m incredibly grateful for all the care I’ve gotten here. I came in not really knowing what was going on with me after going to the er a few days before coming here. After being seen here, I was able to finally start feeling normal after figuring out what was wrong. Fred Keys and all the ladies in the office are some of the most genuine people out there.

So thankful that I chose this urgent care instead of going to the ER. I brought my 4 year old here to check for a fracture in her arm and we were in and out within an hour, despite there being a few other patients ahead of us. The nurse was incredibly kind and gentle with my daughter while doing the x-rays. The doctor came in very quickly to report that she did indeed have a fracture and we were referred to an orthopedic specialist. They also gave my child a sling to wear. After seeing the orthopedic specialist, everything we learned at urgent care was confirmed and he even said that the sling was perfect and exactly what he would have done. I have been going to see Dr keys since they opened.. so impressed with his knowledge I love his bed side manor.. The best is he proved to me more than once he’s in it for the people not the insurance pay out.. of course he wants the money although so much care is behind his actions.. my grown children and myself have now taken him as our primary physician
