Had to add more, I was there again with Nugget my apple head pup and as usual they were great with him. Caring, loving and explain everything before I get the bill and then letting me ask whatever questions if I have any. Actually spend time with us. So this is the 2nd review and I and my furnaces are still smiling. Fantastic with all my furbabies, Dr Sandy Smith is fantastic. Staff is the best. So many great things I could say but I would be writing for hours. She is great with my lab and my Applehead pup. Ashlyn is perfect too.
Dr Sandy and her staff are very caring and great at what they do. I have been a client for close to 25 years and drive from Waterford to Fenton because of the outstanding job and care she gives our dogs. Highly recommend Dr Sandy and her staff.
I want to give a huge shout out to Dr. Sandy and her staff. We are always so impressed and grateful for the level of professionalism, compassion, and skill set of this remarkable vet who we trust implicitly with the health, (both physical as well as psychological), and well being of our animals. Dr Sandy collaborated with an out of state vet to help get the compound medication we needed for our cat. She is extremely thorough and willing to take the time needed to educate her patients’ parents to better inform them on their animals’ condition and treatment plan moving forward.
