Five Stars due to immediate response, quick (no cost) estimate in person, quick turn around on scheduling the job, and of course the job itself completed with high quality, on time, and as promised.<br><br>My Technician was Zak K.<br>My job Number: 3299 (Friday, Aug 30, 2024).<br><br>My very old gas pool heater (in ground pool) finally gave up the ghost. I was recommended a company by my pool tile installer (from a few years back). This company offerred mili-volt heater, with no hook up to my CompPool controller, with uncertain installation timing, and inconsistent call backs to answer questions.<br><br>Found Hartford & Ratliff from google search. Called on Monday and was offered immediate (same day) free in person estimate. Scheduled estimated for Wednesday. Technician Zak arrived on time, explained the job, quoted electronic ignition heater, did not rush and answered all the questions. Accepted contract. Was offerred job on Friday (same week) - to be me back up and running for Labor Day weekend.<br><br>Heater installed - everything was cleaned up. Had people in the nice and warm pool by Sunday.<br><br>Definitely Recommend.“

“The dishwasher at our restaurant broke and we needed it fixed immediately or we would've been screwed for the Friday night dinner rush....our extra kitchen guys had too much prep work to do for an event the following day and wouldn't have been able to do that and wash all the dishes by hand without seriously backing up our kitchen. “Called and spoke to Nancy who helped setting up our appointment, super helpful and very kind. Called at 10 and had Nick here by 11:15! After having to wait to have our water shut off by the city, Nick was very efficient, and we had the water turned on by 12 and Nick was finished by 1, installing both shutoff values. The price was extremely fair, Nick was friendly, and he left the area cleaner than he found it! We would definitely recommend and will only be using Cummings Plumbing in the future.
