“Tolonen Family Pet shop has truly become a part of our daily life. As soon as we hit downtown Farmington my dog knows exactly where she’s going haha. Definitely Doggy Approved! ⭐️ The shop has become like an extension of our family. We go in daily- if not for products then for visits as I work with my dog, Daisy, walking her around/training. Our dog is almost 8 months now and the shop has been with us every step of the way since we got her at 8 weeks. I met Morgan (The Dog Lady) there- our trainer and now just a great friend! We know many of the employees and they treat us so so well. They love my rambunctious and curious 5 year old as much as they love my dog and for that I’m so grateful! ? We are so thankful to have this walkable place so close to home! They are so knowledgeable as far as any pet product you could possibly need- from food, to grooming, to training and even pack walks, we would have been lost without them! Words can’t express how much we love this place! It’s brought us lot of joy, it’s just a wonderful, wonderful place! ?? “

“Called this vet as likely the 6th place I tried in a frantic attempt to get my young cat looked at (fever, mouth breathing, upper respiratory infection). They fortunately had availability the same day and looked at him at the appointment time agreed upon. I am so very grateful they were around, and that I didn't have to resort to likely a much more expensive experience at an emergency vet. We will be back with our other kitties without a doubt.“

“We are new customers to Perfect Paws, and so happy we recently found them. I have a small teacup Yorkie, that suffers with severe anxiety after being cut by a previous groomer. I’ve been looking for weeks to find a trustworthy establishment to take my baby to. When finally someone recommended Perfect Paws. Makayla was outgoing, and immediately started working on georgie when we arrived. She took such good care of him, and gave him an incredible cut! I couldn’t be happier! Perfect Paws is now the only groomers we recommend. And we will be sure to request makayla for all of our grooming appointments in the future!“

“This morning, my wife pulled into the Posh Pup parking lot to bring our 4 and 1/2-month-old puppy to playgroup. When she opened to hatchback, our pup jumped out into the parking lot before my wife could put her on leash. She has never been off leash outside of our fenced yard. Thankfully, she ran straight to Posh Pup's front entry door and waited to be let in. If this isn't a ringing endorsement of the good work they are doing there, I don't know what it.“

“Understanding staff, reasonable pricing. Had to put one of my first pet rats down here and it cost me well under $100, brought my childhood dog here and staff always treated us like family. There's a reason they almost have five stars!“

“We recently had a family emergency that required me to ask for our dog to be boarded within a couple hours notice. The staff went out of their way to assure me that wouldn’t be a problem and that our dog would be taken care of, so that I could focus on our emergent situation.The following day, I said, I was going to try to make every effort to be there before closing time to pick our dog up but I would have to call at the last hour to let them know if I was going to be able to make it in time. Once again, they told me they were giving my dog extra love and attention, and he was doing fine and to just take care of what I needed to take care of, and he would be ok. If I needed to board him another night then it would be OK.Their kind words and thoughtfulness helped me during a difficult time and I greatly appreciated it.Being able to watch my dog on the webcam having a good time put my heart at rest.Thank you for being there for us.“

“Jasmine is my first puppy after a long time and Greenfield makes sure that I dont feel bad or guilty with the “teething problems” that come with being a new pet parent. They are always compassionate and supportive, making sure to put both Jazz and me at ease. Highly recommended.“

“I just wanted to say how amazing this vet is! I had the best experience ever with Kelsey(lvt) on multiple visits with my French bulldog Sansa! She took the best care of her and makes my girl feel loved and safe! I will continue to only see her when I bring her into the vet! Nothing against other staff everyone is great. At Greenfield, they have experienced staff on hand, and have been honest when they don't have staff experienced for my unique dog. They gave sound advice about medicating him prior to the visit(s). I do have multi-visit appointments, because sometimes it's just too stressful for him and/or the staff - though that's expected given my animal's unfortunate history. I'll shout out Ellen (vet tech) and Dr. Reynolds for leading the charge most recently on working so well with my dog.“

“I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have a 1 year old mini goldendoodle, Maggie, and this is the only vet she’s ever known. I have never seen a dog LOVE the vet so much. Everyone on the staff treats us with such love and kindness. Maggie recently became super sick on Tuesday night. I called and left a voicemail around 9pm Tuesday night. I received a phone call back around 9:30am on Wednesday saying I could bring Maggie right up! They took great care of my sweet girl. She ended up developing more issues as the week went on and again on Friday around 4 I called asking them what I should do. They told me to bring her in…they cared for Maggie even after they closed at 5pm. This staff went above and beyond to care for my girl! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!“
