I was referred to Saundra by my esthetician. When I had my consultation with her to discuss my hair needs \\u0026 goals, I knew I was going to be in good hands. Saundra is VERY knowledgeable \\u0026 she is also sensitive to the individual needs of a client. I had never had this kind of consultation before, but she was very patient with me, she answered all my questions \\u0026 offered her expert advice which helped me to better frame what I wanted for my hair. When it came time for my actual appointment, Saundra explained every step she was taking during the process, \\u0026 for me, this whole experience was like getting a make over. Saundra exceeded my expectations, \\u0026 I was so HAPPY with the end result. I got a color, cut \\u0026 style \\u0026 all together it made me feel like a new person. I will DEFINITELY be going back to Saundra for all my hair needs from here on, \\u0026 I HIGHLY recommend her! Saundra's salon IS a safe space for people in the LGBTQ community!
