She advised me based on her professional opinion and explained to me her approach for treatment of my hair. My first appointment was today. April ensured that her and I were on the same page for services today. I appreciated her friendliness and professionalism. I was happy at the end of the appointment.<br><br>As for the salon, I did not receive an itemzied receipt when I left. I thought one would be emailed to me. As a first time customer, I would prefer to see the charges itemized. The salon was warm (although I understand that temerature is a personal thing). There is no space for a client to put their personal things. (no small shelf or hook for purse, water bottle etc.). Lastly, you cannot put a tip on your charge card when payment is due. They have a sign at the register which tells you this up front. I had to create a Venmo account to accommodate the tip process. The salon sent me a link to do a review, which I appreciated.“
