Early this morning I was frantically searching for dry cleaning services and called the store to see if I was too late for same day service. No one answered and I hung up without leaving a voicemail. After failing to locate another option I gave up disappointed. A short time later Chris called, apologized for missing my call and asked how can he help. Did u hear me say I did not leave a voicemail?!? I was shocked. Needless to say Chris came through and Im all set for the event on Monday. He was kind, empathic, professional and my clothes look great. This is my cleaners for life!“

“Great service and place for dry cleaning and getting alteration service. The owner does have some language barrier, but as long as you're willing to be patient, she'll work with you. If you have questions or concerns, address it right away. I saw a guy bring in a dry cleaned shirt (he picked it up while i was getting my pants measured) that he stained while going through it in the car. But she was willing to take it back and clean it for him again. She showed me that the stain was smudging and was fresh. She said that she would have noticed the stain while ironing it. The stain on the dress shirt was smack down in the front next to the buttons. No way she would've missed it. Anyway, my point is, she's very reasonable as long as you're not rude to her. I was skeptical going here at first given the poor reviews but I was referred here by a friend. I'm glad I gave this place a try.“

“I am writing this review on behalf of my husband who was unfortunately laid off this past Monday. You can do your best to prepare for these situations, but one of the things we didn't think about was having clean, crisp dress attire on hand and ready for when he would be called for interviews. With that said, we dropped the clothes off with nothing scheduled and expected the clothes to be dry cleaned per the usual 2 day turn around. Then upon returning home my husband had received two opportunities for in person interviews that were to happen on the morning of when the clothes would be done. We placed a phone call to the 5th Avenue team as soon as we heard explaining the situation and requesting support on quicker turn around..... No questions asked the team understood the situation, showed empathy and got the job done to our satisfaction per usual!
