“I was in extreme pain for months, but I was skeptical about certain doctors. When the pain became unbearable, I was referred to Dr. Zanetti. I called & was told to come right in. I filled out the paperwork, went straight back & I was seen. I was so nervous going in, I didn’t know what procedure would have to be done. Once some X-Rays were taken, I was told my options & we did extractions that day. I was nervous & given laughing gas to relax me & boy did it work! The numbing was done quickly & the procedure was even quicker. The dental assistant was such a pleasure to work with too. She even offered me her headphones to listen to music, to relax me even more. They make a great team and I am super pleased to become a new patient. The entire staff was amazing. Everyone was so informative & patient. “It's been about two years and so far it's been pretty good. The are very nice people but sometimes they seem to be more into their personal life and I get worried that they're not paying close attention to the work but so far they seem to be getting things done with no hiccups that have caused serious problems or issues. I do say they are unlike a lot of previous places do all work in house and are not sending people to other places because they don't do this or that they do it all!!. Ps The place I was going to did only basic stuff and you never know who's going to see you because they are always having new people and they don't like to be told anything bad on their way of service to clients at Laurich Dental on 12 mile horrible place!!“
