My roof is low pitched and therefore typical shingles should not be used. I am planning to put my house on the market and knew it would need to be replaced. Andrew Donnelly, the Best Choice representative, did a thorough assessment of my roof and presented the recommendations for replacement, including the materials to be used. His estimate was a little higher than the second one, but included replacement of all of the wood rather than a charge for each piece. The third estimate was way out of range of the other two. Very professional! Matt carefully reviewed my roofs condition and clearly explained recommendations of upgrading the ventilation system in addition to the new roof. His team work very efficiently and quickly and the result is a very happy customer. Great pricing and warranty info as well!
