Tom is fantastic. High quality of work and high degree of professionalism. Installed a new faucet set for our kitchen, and a new toilet in one of our bathroom; the latter was old and actually had to be cut out due to rusted and cross-threaded bolts. All work was done within a few hours, with high quality and a completely clean area upon completion. Price was so reasonable with such great work and professionalism, I actually tipped him around 20%. Highly recommended.

- we thought it was a sump pump failure - but Tom ruled out issues beyond that & help fix it .

Highly Recommend! Tom is an extremely nice guy, answered all of my many questions, he had good communication and really reasonable pricing. He replaced our water heater so quickly. Would definitely use him again!
