Very helpful and responsive communication. I've ordered a Sato compatible print head for trial so we will see how it does after testing but customer service has been A+ so far.

So far, our company "Morgan Olson" has used Midcom 5+ occasions. Each time the support met or exceeded our expectations. The tech's have been very seasoned and had no issue performing maintenance and repairs on our equipment. This includes our old-line printers.

Recently engaged with Midcom to service our Zebra printers at our New Jersey distribution center. Process was easy and got prompt / effective service. As a leading 3PL provider with a nationwide footprint, its good to know we can count on Midcom at all our locations.
