After meeting with three companies to replace my complex roof and gutters, I chose McGlinch & Sons. The pricing was pretty much the same with all three companies, but the warranty was longer and better, as well as them being local and in business for decades swayed me. Marvin was great, he was not pushy like the other salesmen, came to my house multiple times, went into my attic, and did everything to make sure the roofing went well. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable with gutter systems (more so than the installers, lol). My house needed A LOT of front downspouts and he suggested round to go with the house, and it turned out much better than rectangular on most houses....read full review

Incredibly responsive and attentive. I had lower bids but felt McGlinch would be there and stand behind their work. I would happily go with them again for any exterior improvements I need.Service: Roof installation

We recently had our skylight replaced and the install crew was very neat, efficient and respectful of our home. The communication from the scheduling team could have been better. We signed the contract on 10/4/23 and the install was done in on 2/8/24. We had to call several times to check on our install schedule. We feel they could have been more proactive to keep us updated.
