We just closed on our house in Radnor Township in Pennsylvania, and all the credit goes to Darlene, our loan manager. It was not an easy loan to get it done, and get it done in a little over two weeks. Darlene was relentless and focused on getting the loan done despite all the obsitical. Every day Darlene asked how to remove the difficulties and move forward. Her tenacious behavior was contagious, and her team kept working to fund the loan despite all the problems along the way. I’ll start off by saying that I usually don’t take the time to leave positive feedback when I’m happy with a service. I’m more likely to leave a review for a company if I am extremely disappointed in a service (as much as I hate to admit that). With that being said; I still felt I had to take the time to leave this positive review for Legacy Home Lending because the experience was just that good!! If you’re in need of a mortgage company, no need to look any further. Mario was able to get our refinance done in significantly less time than we had expected.
