I can't speak highly enough about J&E. Having replaced 18 windows, the front entry door, 3 sliding doorwalls, and all interior doors I can confidently and highly rate them.
Superb professionalism in every way. No sales tricks or tactics like other door/window companies.
Ed/Jeff/Dan are great to work with when estimating/planning/coordinating the work and the entire installation crews led by John and Randy are amazing to deal with.

I had the opportunity of meeting Dan and Ed and the encounter was both professional and memorable. Dan extended a warm welcome and had Ed come out to assist me as he was working with another customer. Ed also extended a warm welcome and within seconds of me explaining my dilemma to him - broken storm door inside latch - he presented me with a new latch. thanks to Ed my problem is resolved.

We called J & E when the seal of one of our windows broke. We thought that we would have to replace the window because the local business that sold us the window had gone out of business. J & E noticed that it was a window that they actually sell and they worked with the manufacturer to replace the glass instead of the entire window for just the labor cost. They, also, installed a doorwall for us. Very happy.
