Had a zoom call to get an estimate, which seemed to go well. I described what I wanted, which was to have my house cleaned and not half a$$ed since I can do that myself and if I am paying for it, I want it done right. She assured me that they would do a good job. The first time there were 2 cleaners and there was a lot of stuff missed. The master bath shower had not been done at all, other things weren't done perfectly, but one of the ladies said since I hadn't had cleaning done regularly, it wasn't going to be perfect right off the bat. We sure had a different experience with House And Order than many of the other reviewers. Because of such good reviews we waited weeks for them to start, was promised a specific day and time and the same cleaner. For weeks a different person showed, times and days changed and texted went answered. Finally, against my better judgement, a day and time was agreed upon and consistent person was scheduled. The morning of a cleaning I was called saying the cleaner quit and it would be weeks before they could get to our house again. I had to just move on to another company. We never had a complaint with the cleaning just the management.Service: Standard cleaning

House and order is a great cleaning service. So glad I found them this is the best company I have hired. The girls always do everything with 110% my house is always sparkling clean and smelling fresh every time they leave. The girls are also friendly and professional.Service: Standard cleaning
