I used to absolutely love this place. Only had wonderful things to say. After today I'm not going back. I got my nails done today by someone who appeared to be new. He did his absolute best and even redid a few nails. He was great and I have nothing bad to say about him. Everyone was new once and I could tell he was really trying. I went shopping and about an hour later realized the gel was peeling on one nail. So I went back into the salon before 7:00, it's posted closing time. There was one person in there doing someone's nails and he simply refused to fix my one nail. Said the place was closed and told me to come back tomorrow. I told him I can't because I'm going out of town and he said look around there's no one else here, I didn't do your nails, come back tomorrow. I can't believe how rude he was. It would have taken minutes to fix. I literally had to superglue it... looks like a set of beautiful nails with one trashy one. Guess I'm finding a new salon!

Don always goes above and beyond with me. My appointment time is always honored; I've never had to wait and I'm out within 2 hours for both pedicure and fill-in. I highly recommend Don at Envy Nails, without reservation.
