Nick is wonderful! He has been out to service my AC unit twice and has gotten me back up and running quickly both times. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and he explains the potential causes of the problem, which is very reassuring to me. I love the fact that he knows my system and already has the parts that I may need with him. This level of service is something that you would expect in the past, but it’s very refreshing to see a company with this kind of service today.
Our technician Johnny was so professional. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He was also very professional and polite. Diversified Htg & Cooling and their team are always so easy to work with which is why I continue to use them for repairs and the maintenance for my HVAC system. I highly recommend them ??
