Check up was fine. Wasn't told the procedure would be charged to my medical insurnace( I have vision insurance) and I would have to pay towards my deductible. I was informed of this one year later when a bill was sent. It didn't explain where the fee came from. Poor business practice.

Doctor Bergman and staff seem to do a good job. Unfortunately, there was an extraneous charge on the bill that the billing department could not explain leaving me with the feeling that I was overcharged. I cancelled our future appointments.

The check-up itself was very thorough- the doctors are quick, efficient, and use advanced technology that I haven't seen at other offices. However, the WAIT was horrible and unnecessary. I've seen other reviews say there was about an hour wait, which is already unreasonable, but I waited 3.5 HOURS.This was my first time at the office and I didn't know what the normal wait time was, but when I started noticing that everyone around me was getting called (including those who arrived way after me), I knew something was up. I talked to the receptionist and she went to go check on something but never followed up with me. I proceeded to wait another hour before I spoke up again....read full review
