I called AJ’s after hours at 7 PM last night and explains the situation of my floor. Drain backing up with no success with my own snaking. They set me up for a next day appointment with no additional charge and Steve came out by 2:30 PM and had completed the job no later than 3 o’clock. He answered all my questions, was super respectful and cared about my house. He was super informative and was just really kind and was able to clear my drain clog without much trouble. I definitely would recommend them!
The company and our technician, Ben, did such an amazing job in such a short amount of time. We have joined their membership plan and thoroughly enjoy their work. And on top of all that, very kind folks in the office as well. :-)
