These ladies absolutely astonish me. I have always been very self conscious about my frown lines - I am ALWAYS furrowing my brow and it got to the point where I was looking angry/frustrated even when I'm not. NOTHING worked to get rid of them. I was terrified of injectables but decided to have a consultation. Every single staff member here was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I was very specific about what I wanted, and very clear I was only interested in my frown lines... I never felt any pressure to do more at all. They listened to my needs, fears and addressed them with patience, kindness and an abundance of knowledge. We decided on a very light Botox regime for my forehead only and not only has smoothed my frown lines and made me look refreshed and younger, but it also looks COMPLETELY natural and not "frozen" at all. When people ask me how I keep my skin looking so good and I tell them part of it is regular Botox treatments they cant believe it because although I don't have wrinkles anymore, they've done it so I still maintain expression! Its basically like someone waved a magic wand and took 10 years off my face. The office is beautiful and incredibly clean. I have seen both McKenzie and Andrea and they are equally exceptional. Colleen and Jess at the front desk even hold my hand when they're not busy because I'm terrified of needles! This is the ONLY place I would ever trust my face with. Thank you ladies!

I have to say I am absolutely blow away by these ladies and the incredible services and knowledge they have provided me. So professional and good at what they do but on top of that something that is hard to find, they make you feel comfortable to talk about you concerns about your skin and come up with a plan to make it better. Every time I go in there they build me up. What a great atmosphere for men and women alike. 5 starts isn't even enough ✨
