Sue was very helpful in picking out the right flowers for my Fathers memorial service. She went out her way to get the right plants. My Father used to raise test roses for Jackson & Perkins, so I wanted some nice rose plants not just cut roses. She went to the greenhouse, took pictures, sent them to me, then after I picked some she went back to the greenhouse to get the roses set aside so we had the ones we wanted. This is true customer service that is truly hard to find these days.
Sue also worked with my mother to make sure that the arrangments were set up properly at the church and that everything looked nice when everyone showed up.
