“We found ourselves in a bind needing a crane after a last minute cancellation of the one we had scheduled (we were advised this could be a possibility by the company scheduled)so we called up Roy Ness Contracting to see if they would be able to help us out. With 2 minutes left to closing time their office staff still answered the and the woman still working reached out via email to the crew to see if they could help us out. A very special thanks to her for taking that last minute call! Within 15 minutes we got a call from Steve with Roy Ness and he was able to pull through and make things happen for us! We appreciate the extra effort they all went through to squeeze us into their schedule for the very next morning! They were on time (early) and ready to go first thing.
