Dr. Randall and his team really do care for the animals. Not only working with traditional veterinarian practices, Dr. Randall also uses chiropractic care and herbal medicines for alternative treatments. He and his team tried so hard to save our Saint Bernard last year when she was diagnosed with cancer. I could tell they cared about her as much as we did. Now, with another Saint Bernard, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Awhile back I had posted a review on Google regarding the rudeness of one of their employee's. I was annoyed with this person who called me. To my surprise I received an apology from the upper management (CEO) for that person's behavior. That told me that this company has a lot of integrity, if I ever did business with them in the future I would for that reason alone, knowing that they would stands behind not only the company the customer as well.
Contacted Dylan about a stump removal job. He called me back the same day and came out the next day to look at the job. We agreed on a fair price for the scope of work. After weight restrictions were off, he came out and did the job to my 100% satisfaction. He went above and beyond the scope of work and rough graded the site with his excavators blade. My wife and I are very happy with his level of communication, work and pleasant attitude around our kids who were excited about the large yellow machine!!! Thanks Dylan.
