I work at a Salon in Arizona and Cindy is very professional and has a very special quality for cutting and is up to date on all the latest styles. Her approach is very different and she is a special person. I wait each summer to get the best cut from her and have for years. I would rate her coloring and cut a 5 plus. Never had a bad experience. Plus she really knows how to cut anyone with curly hair. That is talent. Plus the rates are reasonable. Hope she will be in business for many years. Love from Arizona
