“What an experience I had with SAS! I was calling around to different HVAC contractors after 5pm with an A/C problem. Even though I didn't leave a message, Scott called me back and asked if I was able to contact anyone. I said no, and he was quick to state he would be willing to come over and check my A/C out. No more than an hour later, he shows up, diagnoses the problem, and gets me up and running. He's very informative, explaining everything he does so that you will understand. “We had them install new furnace and air conditioner back in Sept when they had a special going on and was very pleased with their service, the warranties and their customer service. We love our digital thermostat and the fact that we can hardly hear our furnace run at all. Our furnace and air conditioner were approximately 18 hrs old and we knew we' d have to do something sometime soon.
