Not believing the last review... John has gone totally out of his way to help me with a new dryer that is defective. Called this place to get help with my dishwasher and he was so honest told me exactly what to do what he wouldn’t do and even gave me a idea to try before I actually had him come out and it worked he didn’t have to do that but that what kinda person/business owner he showed me he was

I spent four hours on the phone with the warranty company the day before with no resolution. John came to our house, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He tested the washer to make sure it was working. Then he took the time to explain the settings on the washer. It was so refreshing to find someone that remembers the meaning of customer service.
