I spent four hours on the phone with the warranty company the day before with no resolution. John came to our house, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He tested the washer to make sure it was working. Then he took the time to explain the settings on the washer. It was so refreshing to find someone that remembers the meaning of customer service.
