The only reason my review is giving this so called cleaning couple one star is because you can't give 0. Firstly, Rajanai has the worse possible attitude. The way she talks to clients you would think she was paying them, not the other way around! They were hired to clean a new build condo with no furniture, so nothing huge and not a difficult job BTW. After so called "finishing" the cleaning job her and the male who owns the company with her were hired for, we went went inspect the place. I'm not exaggerating when I was there was NOT ONE cabinet or counter top than I ran my finger over without collecting dust or residue!!! Okay fine - maybe they just suck at cleaning, but worse than that - the ATTITUDE we got when showing Rajanai (the female owner) something was still dirty was UNBELIEVABLE.. I think I'm still in shock over how she reacted! Seriously I'm still in disbelief with her attitude!!! Let me just paint the picture for you. We walked Rajanai over to the shower to ask her if it was cleaned. She immediately and extremely rudely responses "yes", so when my partner took his had and ran it across another random spot on the shower his hand was COVERED in white stuff, her her response was "well I wiped it". Then when we wiped another spot in the shower and again were covered in white dust, she snapped "there is no shower head so I couldn't rinse it the shower with water, the sink wouldn't be that way".. well sure enough I walked over to the sink and ran a single finder over the vanity counter, again covered in dust. Also... you couldn't take a bucket and rinse the shower that way??? Oh, and when I did walk over to the shower I stepped into a puddle? So the areas they did decide they can suddenly find water they didn't wipe??? Walking to the mirrors we had asked her and the male who helped to remove the film on any new mirrors and wipe it down, when we realized the film was still on her response again was "oh well unless I use a blade I can't remove it so if you want me to scratch it I will remove it, I did remove it from the fridge though". Great. Oh and btw, the fridge's film was taken off but is still stuck in all the corners...? Lady, are you serious?? All the windows had streaks, and mirrors had streaks. When we showed her the water marks and streaks the males response was "if you want us to wipe it again all you have to do is ask, everything looks fine to me", again came the attitude. The male would just stand there and when Rajanai started to huff and puff and wipe something down again then the guys attitude would start. After all that, they didn't even OFFER to re-clean (or at least clean to begin with) the shower and sink and things we pointed out to be a TERRIBLE job. Then they had the nerve to say that the only reason they were being critiqued was because we didn't want to pay them. Over $300s to top it off because they use the fact that they use to worked for a company that cleaned the pistons houses as a sell, saying "they cleaned the pistons houses" to charge a higher hourly rate. Oh, did I mention they didn't even come with proper supplies? A couple bottles of glass cleaner and a few paper towels. Mind you, they knew they were hired for a deep clean. Currently "re-"cleaning the place now; could have done better in an hour by myself than they did in 5 hours together. I recommend NEVER using them, unless of course you wanna pay someone to get yelled at for asking someone to do the job you are paying them for. I wouldn't even use them if they were free.
UDCS team just completed the cleaning (I think)job. The cleaning overall was a 2/10. The team was able to clean the property from some of dust that was caused during the remodel but that was about it. The windows and mirrors has streaks all over them, cabinets were not clean completely, shower tile and vanity's were not wiped down. When I pointed these items to the team to fix. I received attitude and refusal to finished cleaning. The attitude from the owner (Rajanai) started right away and soon after her co-worker started as well..... UDCS team made it such an uncomfortable experience and started yelling to avoid cleaning the property. The people I was with felt so uncomfortable they had to go to the car and wait... To the point I asked them how much do I have to pay you to leave... Of course business that look for that quick transaction get joy out of that... so here is your $300 now get off my property. Do Not Hire
