They are so skilled and can make any alterations requested, even on very short notice. I bought a dress I liked but there were certain things I didn't like about it. They knew exactly what to do to make it into a dream dress, things I wouldn't have thought of. Most impressive, my daughter-in-law needed some work done on her bustle. She took it to a different place twice and didn't like the way it came out. These ladies made it perfect. At her fitting, they didn't like something about it and made the alterations right on spot so we can take it with us immediately. Not only are they skilled at their craft but their customer service is impeccable. You get all of this at a great value. I recommend EVERYONE to go there.“

Each shop I called to inquire about this project either had a reason why they couldn't do it, or the price was much too expensive for just ONE hat. I finally came across Do U Customs officers n my search, and I was not disappointed. When I told Stacy what I wanted, she disn't bat an eye. She simply asked for the image to be put on a thumb drive, and she would have no issues putting the design on my baseball cap. Stacy did a fantastic job recreating the hat for me. It was done the same day, and the price was more than reasonable. And she's very professional and friendly! I highly recommend this shop for any embroidery projects you need done. I plan on coming back to this shop for any hats I need embroidered.“
