I have been using Karolyi's Heating and cooling at multiple restaurants for a good part of a decade. TIM our main tech has always gone above and beyond to get us up and running in a timely manner and cares about the urgency of our issues. He has also given us some of the best customer service we have received from all of our trade services. This level of expertise and professionalism is invaluable to our operations.
Technician Tom is excellent and very trustworthy. He explains everything and is very thorough. He makes we completely understand what is going on and what is needed. We very much appreciate Tom here at Fampus Dave’s Taylor.
Great Service. Called at 10:16am and they were at our business by 11am ish. The service tech Tom was very through with fixing our no heat problem. The manager or owner call me and took the time to explain everything to me about what tech did and what was needed. Will use again.
