BE WARNED!!!! Lied about being licensed and HUD approved. Stole $800 stating he would pull the permit that IS required even if he thinks they aren't! So at first he quoted me $600 then I said pull permit and he said will be $800 then. He did the work without proper paperwork and now will not make anything right! Don't hire this company! I would never even give one star but had to so to be able to leave this review!
