    I started my yoga journey during COVID, alone via online videos. I needed a safe space to practice once the pandemic ended. My friend suggested I join her at Yoga State. I was amazed by the beauty of the East Lansing Studio. Every detail gave a sense of peace and calm. (the Okemos studio is the same-check out the floors in both studios-amazing) The instructors are so welcoming and I appreciate when they stop and correct my form. I am always pleased when they say something in a class that I had never thought of to make the form better.     Love Yoga State!! Such a great place to find community and practice great yoga. Since graduating, I have struggled to find a studio anywhere near as welcoming and enjoyable. Jen is a fabulous yogi, instructor, and all around human being. 10/10 recommend!

    I have attended a couple of classes over the past few weeks as i wanted to Get some workouts in while traveling in the US. My american friend recommended Yoga State. I was sceptical at first because I dont train Yoga normally but I had some great Yoga classes! At the entrence I was met by a very nice and helpfull lady who owned the studio. Her name was Jenn. She helped me sign up for classes and explained everything for me. It was easy to understand what they where saying Even if english is not my first language.
