“Sure, we were seen at the time appointed, and had great care. The really big difference is the lengths they went to to make my pup comfortable. We've never been to another vet that used pheromones to help relieve our pet's anxiety, and gave her something nice to lick while she was being given her injections. Our pup usually is tremoring and afraid at the vet, but at this visit she was obviously much more comfortable.“

“I have owned multiple animals, (large and small) for 50 years and have lived throughout the US. As a result, I have worked with many veterinarians (45? 50? No idea.) Dr. Cripps is one of the top three. He is a GREAT diagnostician and relies on his experience before he recommends expensive tests. (In my opinion, younger vets especially go immediately to them.) He has proven to be better at diagnoses than many vets at MSU, a fine teaching school.<br><br>He is kind and.patient with all of my creatures and respects me as a client. He also has a fine sense of humor, which must be crucial when dealing with many pet owners. (Pets, not so much. ;-))<br><br>His office staff is small, but I have found both Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Sarah to be efficient, capable and pleasant. They're good at returning calls if you leave a message. You have to wait in your car before you're admitted, but Dr. Cripps is unfailingly punctual if you are. All three of them work effectively with Chewy and other online businesses for animals.<br><br>I've worked with 10 other veterinarians in the Lansing area, including emergency clinics and MSU, during the 30 years I've lived here. I have no problem changing vets if I'm dissatisfied with their abilities.<br><br>One has retired, but otherwise I have never had one as good and certainly none better. I am hoping Dr. Cripps works until he's at least 150 years old so I never have to find another.“

“Amazing clinic and staff. No chaos and very professional and friendly. Dr Copeland reminded me of the old school vets that realize the importance of care in a timely manner. Received the first appointment available the next day. I called on a Thursday as I was unable to get into our regular vet office until the following week. It took her only a few minutes to determine my dog's issues. Received diagnosis, medicine with instructions all at a very fair price. Today is Sunday and he has improved greatly as he is able to go on his walks again. Happy Dog Happy Life.
